B’S MOTO LAB TOP END MOTOR SERVICES

2-STROKE TOP END REBUILD

Top end rebuild on a 2-stroke bike includes removing the spark plug, cylinder head, cylinder, piston, piston rings, piston clips, and piston pin. The cylinder ports will then be decarbonized and inspected along with the connecting rod big end bearing and cylinder head. Everything will then be assembled to manufacturers specifications with the new piston set, gasket set, and spark plug of your choice.

4-STROKE TOP END REBUILD

Top end rebuild on a 4-stroke bike includes removing the camshaft(s), cylinder head, cylinder, piston, piston rings, piston clips, and piston pin. The valves will then be removed from the cylinder head for inspection and to decarbonize all the valves, ports, and the combustion chamber dome. All of the remaining top end parts will then be inspected and assembled with the proper lubrication, a new piston kit, gaskets, o-rings, and camshaft chain to O.E.M. specifications. The valves will also be correctly adjusted upon assembly.

B’S MOTO LAB BOTTOM END MOTOR SERVICES

2-STROKE BOTTOM END REBUILD

Since top end disassembly is required in order to disassemble the bottom end, the prices include the top end disassembly and assembly as well (read the section titled “Top End” for details about what will be done). The bottom end rebuild includes complete disassembly of your water pump, transmission, shift mechanism, clutch, crankshaft removal, and flywheel removal. Every item will then be inspected for wear. The bottom end will then be assembled with the proper lubrication, all new seals, bearings, gaskets, o-rings, and any other parts that need to be replaced.

4-STROKE BOTTOM END REBUILD

Since top end disassembly is required in order to disassemble the bottom end, the prices include the top end disassembly and assembly as well (read the section titled “Top End” for details about what will be done). The bottom end rebuild includes complete disassembly of your oil pump, water pump, transmission, shift mechanism, clutch, crankshaft removal, and flywheel removal. Every item will then be inspected for wear. B’S MOTO LAB MOTOR ADJUSTMENT & MAINTENANCE SERVICES

VALVE ADJUSTMENT

The valve clearance on your bike will be inspected. Once an inspection is complete any valves that are out of the original equipment manufacturers specification will then be adjusted back into factory spec.

OIL CHANGE

The bike will first be warmed up to help the old oil pick up all the particles. The old oil and filter will then be removed and inspected. The engine will then be filled with the oil of your choice and the filter of your choice.

The entire coolant system will be drained and then replaced with the coolant of your choice.
