Heavy weight parts and chemicals can only ship UPS and may incur additional shipping fees. If USPS is selected at checkout, a B's Moto Lab representative will contact you to receive payment for the additional shipping cost (if any apply) before the item is shipped. Packages that have a dimension over 24" or weigh over 20 lbs could incur additional shipping fees and will not qualify for the free shipping promotions. A B's Moto Lab representative will contact you if additional fee's apply.
When will your order ship? Our goal (not a guarantee) is to process and ship out orders that are placed before 12 p.m. CST Monday - Friday on the same day. Order's placed after 12 p.m. CST will ship out by no later than the end of the following business day. There are rare occasions that B's Moto Lab is understaffed or gets over loaded with next day air shipments and can't get the priority mail and ground orders processed that same day. In this occasion, a representative will reach out to you via phone or email to notify you that your order is not going to ship the same day. If you need to ensure that your order goes out the same day the order is placed, please place your order before 12 p.m. CST and contact B's Moto Lab at 316-516-9760 to notify the shipping associate of its urgency.
How and when will you receive items that we don't have in our inventory? Although B's Moto Lab has a large Cobra Motorcycle parts inventory, we don't stock everything and there are times that certain products are in high demand. In the scenario that your complete order is not in our inventory and ready to be shipped the same day from our facility, a B's Moto Lab representative will contact you to work out the shipping options and get your parts to you as soon as possible. If the out of stock items are Cobra OEM parts, we will drop ship them straight to you from the factory to ensure the fastest route possible. If they are accessories or items that are not OEM Cobra parts, there might be a 1-2 day processing time before your order is shipped. There is also the possibility of an item being on back order. Under all these occasions, a B's Moto Lab representative will contact you to notify you and move forward with the order as agreed upon by both parties.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging with all the instructions and paperwork. Ensure that items sent back are packaged properly to avoid damage in transit. We will not refund items that are returned damaged. If a returned order originally had free shipping, then we will issue a refund for the order amount minus $7.99 to cover shipping.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be granted a refund of any kind.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be granted a refund.
